Amine Sweetening Unit

Jereh has extensive experience in engineering, purchasing, and fabrication of modular type amine sweetening units ranging from gas capacity of 1 MMSCFD to 150 MMSCFD. The unit operates from 300 psig to 1700 psig and is designed to achieve less than 5 mg/m3 H2S, and less than 10 ppm CO2 in outlet gas.

TEG Dehydration Unit

Jereh has manufactured TEG dehydration units for many clients, some units are used for gas gathering plants, and others used for gas processing plants and offshore production platforms. Jereh’s TEG dehydration units have a gas capacity ranging from 1 MMSCFD to 150 MMSCFD, which operate from 300 psig to 1700 psig and are designed to achieve less than 4lbs/MMSCF in outlet gas water content.

 

Application:

The unit is widely used for oil and gas dehydration so as to meet the requirements of natural gas pipelining and dew point control of light hydrocarbon recovery with shallow cooling method. The unit is widely applied in the wellhead, gas gathering plant, gas processing plant and offshore platform.

Molecular Sieve Dehydration Unit

Jereh has manufactured molecular sieve dehydration units for many clients, used for natural gas liquefaction plant, gas processing plant and offshore production platforms. The processing capacity of Jereh molecular sieve dehydration units range from 1 MMSCFD to 150 MMSCFD, with operation pressure from 300 psig to 1700 psig. The units are designed to achieve dew point lower than -130°F for outlet gas.

 

Application:

Compared with TEG dehydration, molecular sieve dehydration method shows a better water removal performance. The device is widely used in natural gas liquefaction plant, gas processing plant, CNG fueling station, mother station and offshore production platform.

Hydrocarbon Dew Point Control Unit

This unit utilizes refrigeration (typically propane mechanical refrigeration) to cool and partially condense raw natural gas to separate the heavier hydrocarbon components to produce high quality natural gas. The condensed hydrocarbon liquids are then distilled in either a stabilizer distillation column to produce pentane plus (C5+) natural gasoline condensate, or distilled in a deethanizer distillation column to produce propane plus (C3+) LPG liquid product. The dew point control units usually have an integrated gas dehydration process utilizing 80 wt% glycol injection into the heat exchangers which captures the water, prevents hydrate formation in the process, and produces an outlet gas with less than 4.0 lbs/MMSCF. The gas capacity of Jereh Hydrocarbon Dew Point Control Units range from 1 MMSCFD to 250 MMSCFD, and the units’ refrigeration power range from 100 HP to 2500 HP.

 

Application:

Liquid hydrocarbon condensation in the pipeline will produce two phase flow, which would affect the accuracy of pipeline measurement. At the same time, the increasing resistance of the pipeline will reduce the ability of pipeline transportation, which may lead to potential safety hazard. The unit is used to reduce the dew point of natural gas and prevent the generation of condensate in the pipeline transportation.

MEG Reclamation Unit

For the effective inhibition of hydrate formation and corrosion in natural gas transmission and treatment systems, injection of Mono-Ethylene Glycol (MEG) or Methanol is commonly used. Methanol is preferred at lower temperature.MEG has been proved to be more effective due to its lower viscosity, lower cost, and lower solubility in liquid hydrocarbons. An associated recovery and regeneration process allows the MEG and Methanol to be recycled.

In recent years, increasing amounts of saline formation water is typically emerging in produced hydrocarbon fluids. If the MEG is regenerated by only boiling off the water, then salt and other solid contaminants will be formed in the MEG and lead to fouling, corrosion, glycol degradation and losses, and frequent shutdowns for cleanout and repairs. Jereh’s MEG reclamation units are designed specifically not only to remove the water, but also to remove salts and other solids to achieve the required outlet glycol purity.

Jereh will deliver MEG reclamation units with highest MEG recovery rates and lower operating cost.

LPG Recovery Unit

Designed and fabricated by Jereh, the LPG recovery unit utilizes the condensing temperature difference of the hydrocarbon components from the feed gas, by cooling down the feed gas to a certain temperature thus condense and separate hydrocarbons with higher boiling point, and through condensate distillation extract ethane, propane, butane and pentane. This unit is widely used in oilfield combination station; block station and evacuation flare gas recovery, also used to recover ethane, propane, butane and pentane from feed gas.

 

Application:

The unit be widely used in oilfield combined station, transfer station and flare gas recovery station etc. for the recovery of raw gas of ethane, propane, butane, pentane and other products with high added value.
