■YDQ-360K Liquid Nitrogen Pump Skid is mainly used for assorting with hydraulic fracturing equipment to accomplish liquid nitrogen blending and injecting frac operation. The skid carries detached liquid nitrogen pump and evaporation system, and is equipped with liquid nitrogen tank, high pressure triplex pump, heat recovery evaporation and field operation site.
■Liquid nitrogen pump and evaporator totally use non-direct burning diesel oil heat recovery system to evaporate liquid nitrogen. All the heat need to evaporate the liquid nitrogen is obtained by driving the engine.
■ This system mainly include diesel power set, reciprocating liquid nitrogen triplex pump, centrifugal priming pump, liquid nitrogen evaporator and various operation control switches.
■ Both the power of pump and heat of evaporator is supplied by power set of diesel engine. The exhaust heat of engine and heat of hydraulic system all convert into useful heat of evaporating liquid nitrogen.
■In working condition, liquid nitrogen flows through centrifugal priming pump from tank into triplex pump and is pressed into work pressure by reciprocating piston. Then high pressure liquid nitrogen flows into evaporator and becomes high pressure gas by absorbing enough heat from power set. Its temperature goes up to 60F-70F(15℃-21℃), and reaches discharge capacity of 360,000 standard square foot/hour to flow out from discharge valve.
