Once my friend asked me: Do you really think good
developing soft environment so important? Will you
choose the profit of 200 million per year or
so-called developing soft environment? I replied to
him: Both. If I must choose, I will choose the
latter one. Good soft environment means eternal
treasure, but not only treasure. It also means clear
thinking, pleasant mood, and friendly atmosphere……
Perfectly developing environment to an enterprise is
just healthy enterprise culture.
Sincerity, Cooperation, To be the best. This is core
Jereh culture, which expresses: To be sincere to the
team and organization, to be sincere to the
customers and partners, to achieve the aim of
organization and individuals replying on working
together, and accomplish the win--win with the
customers and partners; to be the best in the
industry with hard working.
Sincerity is the basic foundation of Jereh culture,
sincerity is oasis of the soul, even if the
surrounding becomes desert by ugly, Jereh will be
the oasis in the sands. Sincerity makes us feel
perfect---Chinese ancient poet Du Fu once said in
his famous poem: Climbing the peak of high mountain,
the hills around the mountain all look small.
Jereh has been proud of her outstanding team who
totally identify with Jereh culture. Jereh has duty
to set up a best developing platform for Jereh and
every one who joins in Jereh. Jereh’s goal is: to
integrate the aim of organization and the aim of
individual.
Goal is the distance of soul. When the old distance
lies under our feet, new distance will stand in far
front of us, waiting for us to approach and conquer.
