Automatic sand control system |
|
Automatic sand blending control system adopts the automatic control system developed by Jereh independently, which realizes automatic tracking of the fluid level, density and flow rate. It adopts a one-key startup control function. The system display interface adopts “what you see is what you get” dynamic graphical design which makes the whole process easy to operate. The operator can work with a basic understanding of the system. The unit also adopts twin auger sand packing control which realizes easy M/A switch and makes the whole sand packing control process more flexible. Phase control and continuous control could be switched and reset at any time which provides a great flexibility for on-site working adjustment. This system greatly simplifies the control process with good control effect. |

Automatic acid blending control system |

This system is developed and designed by Jereh independently. It realizes the automatic on-site working configuration. The acid liquid is configured with high accuracy which realizes complex simultaneous control of up to 6 liquid and 3 dry additives. The accuracy of the mixture is controlled within 2%. It realizes the automatic tracking function of fluid level, concentration and flow rate. The display interface adopts advanced “what you see is what you get” graphical design, which makes the whole system easy to operate. Chinese-English and Metric-British system could be automatically switched. Flexible control design and remote data acquisition could be realized subject to requirement. It is also the only on-line automatic acid liquid control system in China. |

Ethernet remote control system |

The system adopts Ethernet protocol and adops the world famous brand control platform. The transmission rate of this system reaches up to 100MB/s. Wired single node control distance reaches to 105m. It also realizes an integrated control function of dozens of fracturing and sand blending trucks and skids. The interface of this control system is open which makes the replacement of spare parts more convenient and fast. It is also development friendly to C language and Basic language while applying SQL Server into the control system. Data recording of the system applies a compressed form, which is available of up to hundreds of GB. Due to Ethernet availability, it also realizes transmitting working jobsites data to the satellite launch stations through wireless communication network, and then transmission to anywhere in the world, which is a real remote control. |
