Jereh Group and ADNOC Drilling Sign Local Manufacturing Agreement for Advanced Equipment Products

On November 3, during the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC), Jereh Group and ADNOC Drilling signed a landmark cooperation agreement. The agreement focuses on advancing local manufacturing of high-end energy products, fostering technical collaboration, and expanding into global markets. It further strengthens the partnership between Jereh and ADNOC, represents a significant step in China-UAE industrial cooperation in the energy sector, and enhances both companies’ competitiveness in the global oil and gas equipment market.



Jereh and ADNOC Drilling Sign Cooperation Agreement


The agreement was signed by Mr. Zhiyong Li, CEO of Jereh Group, and Mr. Abdulla Ateya Al Messabi, CEO of ADNOC Drilling. The two companies will work together to develop a manufacturing and service ecosystem for advanced energy products in Abu Dhabi. The partnership aims to boost local production of high-end energy equipment, enhancing ADNOC Drilling’s supply chain independence and operational efficiency while supporting the UAE’s industrial development strategy. It will also bring together Jereh’s advanced technology and R&D capabilities with ADNOC Drilling’s local expertise. The collaboration is expected to deliver high-standard, high-performance equipment to key markets such as the Middle East and North Africa, opening new opportunities for growth.


Cooperation Agreement Signing Ceremony


As a subsidiary of ADNOC and the largest drilling services provider in the Middle East, ADNOC Drilling has played a central role in developing the UAE’s unconventional oil and gas resources since 1972. The company continues to invest in advanced technologies and infrastructure to support national energy strategies.

Under the agreement, Jereh will provide advanced design concepts, manufacturing processes, and rigorous quality management to ensure that locally produced equipment meets international standards, supporting both technological advancement and sustainable growth in the regional energy sector.

This agreement marks a major milestone in Jereh’s localization strategy in the Middle East. By establishing a regional center for technology, manufacturing and innovation, Jereh reaffirms its commitment to customer proximity, operational excellence, and contributing to a more efficient and sustainable energy industry.
